Jacqueline Foster has been a member of the California State Bar since 2008 and joined the Firm in 2009 working in the Firm's Inland Empire office. Three years later, Jacqueline moved to the Firm’s Orange County office and has been working with clients in all three offices – Orange County, Inland Empire and Coachella Valley. She has made a significant contribution to the Firm’s Assessment Collection practice, as well as working with our community association clients on general community association legal and litigation matters. She is an active member of the Orange County Regional Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-OCRC) and California Association of Community Manager (CACM). She received the 2015 CAI-OCRC Outstanding Service Award and is currently Co-Chairman of the Programs Committee in 2016. She has been on the CAI-OCRC Programs Committee since 2012 and has been a coordinator and presenter at CAI-OC luncheons and the CAI Spring Forum.

Over 500 industry professionals were gathered for CAI-OCEC 2016 Awards & Wine Dinner at Disney's Grand California Hotel. Jacqueline was honored with the Outstanding Service Award and was coordinator of the Program of the Year. Attorney John R. MacDowell is also member of the Chapter Legislative Support Committee which was recognized as Committee of the Year. Congratulations to all the nominees, including attorney Nathan P.
