Janet L.S. Powers, John R. MacDowell, Sarah M. Reed, Timothy P. Flanagan and Andrew B. Davies have been nominated for CAI-OCRC Excellence in Community Awards. This event will be held on February 3rd.

John R. MacDowell, Esq. was a guest speaker at the Total Property Management's "Board Member Duties" workshop on November 29th and the Keystone Pacific Property Management "How to run an effective meeting" workshop on September 22nd.

Fiore Racobs & Powers Orange County office is pleased to announce that John R. MacDowell, Esq. received the May Russell Hall of Fame Award for outstanding contributions to the industry at the CAI-OCRC Leadership Awards. Andrew B. Davis, Esq. received recognition as a committee member for the Publications committee. This committee received the Committee of the Year honors.

Wangler, Esq. from Fiore Racobs & Powers Orange County and Coachella Valley offices, respectively, were speakers at the CACM Southern California Law Seminar on January 21, 2011 at The Disneyland Hotel and CACM Northern California Law Seminar on February 3rd & 4th in Oakland.

Congratulations to Erin A. Maloney, Esq. and Margaret G. Wangler, Esq. from Fiore Racobs & Powers Inland Empire and Coachella Valley offices, respectively, were both selected as CACM Vision Award nominees.

Two attorneys from the Firm's Orange County office were acknowledged at the CAI-OCRC Awards Dinner. John R. MacDowell, Esq. received the Ellen Ellish Hall of Fame Award, Sarah M. Reed, Esq. received the Rookie of the Year Award. Sarah M. Reed was also acknowledged for her contributions to the Education Committee which won "Committee of the Year."

Margaret G. "Gen" Wangler was awarded the "Hall of Fame" award for CAI - Coachella Valley chapter.
