ANDREW D. SCOBLE has been a member of the California State Bar since 2009 and is a shareholder in the Firm’s Orange County office. Mr. Scoble graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he earned an Honors Degree from the Honors College. He enlisted in the United States Air Force and was the recipient of the Commander’s Award as the top graduate in his class at the Security Forces Academy. He served in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, launched in response to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Following his service, Mr. Scoble obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Chapman University's School of Law and his Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the George L. Argyros School of Business and Economics.

Mr. Scoble is active in the Orange County Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI), having served as the Co-Chair of the Education Committee. In 2019, he also received CAI-Orange County Chapter's Rising Star Award for his leadership in the community association industry. Prior to joining the Firm, Andrew practiced banking, business, and real estate litigation representing clients ranging from small businesses to multinational Fortune 100 companies. He is also fluent in conversational Spanish.
