JACQUELINE D. FOSTER has been a member of the California State Bar since 2008. She is a managing shareholder of the Firm's Orange County office, and is responsible for the supervision of assessment collections for the Firm. Ms. Foster received her undergraduate education at the University of California, San Diego where she earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science in 2003. In 2008, she graduated cum laude from the University of La Verne College of Law with a Juris Doctor (J.D.). While in law school, Ms. Foster received numerous recognitions and honors including Dean's List, Law Review, Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity International's Scholarship and Key, "Best Oralist" at the Appellate Advocacy Intra School Competition and National Order of Scribes. She was also President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, Pacific Regional Co-Director for the National Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, Law Student Liaison to the American Bar Association, and worked as a clerk for the Riverside City Attorney's office. At graduation, Ms. Foster was selected to receive the prestigious Dean's Award which is given to a single student based on academics and school involvement.

Ms. Foster has been actively involved in the Orange County Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and served on their Board of Directors. She received the 2019 Chapter Appreciation Award, 2015 CAI-OCRC Outstanding Service Award, and was Co-Chairman of the Programs Committee from 2016 - 2019. Ms. Foster is a frequent presenter at local and national educational programs and seminars, including the CAI Legal Forum - California Communities, CACM Law Seminar, CAI National Law Seminar and the Firm’s workshops and webinars.
