CONTRACTS - REVIEW & PREPARATION
Contracts are a formal and legally binding agreement. A legal review of a contract is recommended in every circumstance, regardless of the size and scope of the job. Even the smallest contracts can become a large problem if precautions are not taken during the first steps of the contractual process. We will review, revise and create contracts for our clients’ use with all vendors, including landscape companies, construction consultants, and experts’ contracts.
