CC&R/RULES ENFORCEMENT

A Community Association has a duty to enforce its Governing Documents. This enforcement must be in good faith and cannot be arbitrary or capricious. We work with our clients to effectively enforce the Governing Documents and be compliant with the law. This includes preparing violations letters, hearing attendance, IDR (Internal/Informal Dispute Resolution) and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) requests, attendance and litigation.
