Recalls
When your association receives a recall petition, what do you do? Consult us. We are the leading experts in recall of the entire Board or less than the entire Board. We will advise you from start to finish in this complex process, including advice, preparation of all necessary documents and attendance at the recall meeting. It is important to timely and promptly respond to the petition and complete all other steps in the recall process. There are many statutory deadlines for votes and requirements for non-discriminatory conduct during an election process that need to be addressed. We also work with the Association to ensure that a new Board is put in place following a recall to continue daily operations.
