SENIOR/AGE-RESTRICTED COMMUNITIES
Senior/age-restricted communities continue to increase in number in southern California, and we understand their unique needs. We work with a large number of age-restricted communities to address issues including aging in place, reasonable accommodations for disabled residents, special amenities for the elderly, caregivers' needs, CC&R/rules enforcement, housing scams that target the elderly and recreational facilities. We also advise communities on conducting periodic surveys of residents that may be required for governmental certification of age-restricted status.
