ERIN A. MALONEY has been a member of the California State Bar since 1991. She is a Senior Attorney in Fiore Racobs & Powers. Ms. Maloney received her preparatory education at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in 1988. She earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, in 1991. While at Loyola, she was a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board.

Ms. Maloney is a member of the prestigious College of Community Association Lawyers of CAI (CCAL) and is an active member of the Greater Inland Empire Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI). She was a member of its Board of Directors for three years, and served as its Vice President. Ms. Maloney was inducted into the Chapter’s Hall of Fame in 1999. She has chaired the Chapter’s Membership Committee, Ambassadors Committee and Education Committee, and served on the Golf Committee. She was recognized by the Greater Inland Empire Chapter as Volunteer of the Year in 1996, received an Outstanding Service Award in 1999, and was recognized as the Program Coordinator of the Year in 2000. Ms. Maloney served as a member of the Legal Advisory Steering Committee for California Association of Community Managers (CACM) for six years and is a member of the faculty for CACM. In that capacity, she teaches several of its certification courses. Ms. Maloney is a frequent speaker at CAI and CACM seminars and programs, has authored numerous articles published in the CACM Law Journal and newsletters for the Greater Inland Empire and Coachella Valley Chapters of CAI, and has served as the Guest Editor of the CACM Law Journal for multiple editions.

Ms. Maloney is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association. She has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the San Bernardino County Superior and Municipal Courts as a Small Claims Judge and Mandatory Settlement Conference facilitator.
