COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATIONS
The Commercial and Industrial Common Interest Development Act was enacted on January 1, 2014. A commercial/industrial CID is no longer restricted by the additional legislation under the residential Davis-Stirling Act. We have been working with commercial/industrial CIDs for over 40 years and are able to provide legal advice on whether a client qualifies as a commercial/industrial CID and which laws apply. We offer a full range of expert legal experience including legal opinions, disclosures, amending and enforcing governing documents, elections, contract review, reserves, dealing with nuisances, disputes and other issues affecting Commercial/Industrial associations.
