The way a Community Association conducts and holds elections is regulated by the Davis-Stirling Act. These regulations are complex, but we will guide you through every step of the process. This includes the preparation of election rules, procedures, ballots, voting instructions, proxies, notices, opinions on challenges, attendance at elections, annual meetings and special meetings of members.

Fiore Racobs & Powers is a founding member of California Association of Community Managers (CACM), and active in Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the California Legislative Action Committee.
