HIGH-RISE/MID-RISE
As land becomes more scarce, the demand for high-rise and mid-rise communities will increase in southern California. This lifestyle choice has many advantages to its members, but brings with it added legal requirements for the Association. We have an extensive list of high-rise and mid-rise clients and work with them to protect and maintain the unique demands of this type of community. We understand the special challenges facing high rises, including water intrusion issues, insurance, enforcement, maintenance (including balconies), enhanced amenities (such as pools), elevators, employment issues (concerning onsite staffing and concierge services) and more.

Fiore Racobs & Powers is a founding member of California Association of Community Managers (CACM), and active in Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the California Legislative Action Committee. We are members of the regional chapters of CAI, including: CAI-Orange County Chapter, CAI-Greater Inland Empire Chapter, CAI-Coachella Valley Chapter, CAI-Greater Los Angeles Chapter, CAI-San Diego Chapter and CAI-Channel Islands Chapter.
