CAI – OC October 2022 Educational Luncheon

Community managers often handle the initial steps to collect past due assessments for their communities, but they may not understand the entire process and their role in the process. This program will provide best practices for community managers on assessment collections, and a full review of the collections process. It will also look into the future on planning for an uncertain economy and keeping delinquencies under control.
